• No Returns on Opened/Used Products: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used products.

• Eligible Returns: Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or expired at the time of delivery.

  • The product received is different from the order placed.

• Return Window: Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or replacement.

• Condition of Returned Product: Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Refund Process:

  • After verifying the returned product, refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • In case of COD orders, customers may be asked to provide bank details for the refund.
