These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, use, and participation in income-generating opportunities offered by Algae Syndicate (“we”, “us”, “Company”). By purchasing our Spirulina-based products or participating in our MLM program, you (“Customer” or “Distributor”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
Regulatory Compliance & Product Disclaimer
Our products are dietary supplements made from Spirulina, intended to support overall health, immunity, and energy. They are not medicines and are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Customers should consult a qualified healthcare provider before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or having a medical condition.
Product claims (e.g., nutritional benefits) are based on existing scientific literature and are not to be construed as medical advice.
Ordering, Pricing & Payment
Orders may be placed via our official website or through our authorized MLM distributors.
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and can change without prior notice.
Payment options include UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, or other methods as made available. The Company is not liable for transaction failures on third-party gateway platforms.
Shipping, Delivery & Risk Transfer
We aim to ship orders in a timely manner via our logistics partners. Delivery timelines will be communicated upon order confirmation.
Delays due to unforeseen events (e.g., weather, strikes) are not the Company’s responsibility.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer once the carrier receives the shipment or upon delivery, whichever is earlier.
Returns, Refunds & Quality
Returns or replacements are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited via the original mode of payment.
Products opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return unless defective.
Use of Products & Liability
Consume products as per the dosage instructions on the packaging. Overuse or misuse is at your own risk, and the Company disclaims liability for adverse effects resulting from such actions.
The Company makes no warranties—express or implied—regarding the efficacy, fitness for purpose, or expected outcomes.
In no event shall the Company’s liability exceed the purchase price of the Product, to the extent permitted by law.
MLM Program Terms
Participation in the MLM/income opportunity is strictly voluntary and governed by our separate Distributor Agreement.
The MLM model complies with India’s Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, including provision of a cooling‑off period, buy‑back obligation, and transparent disclosure of income claims.
No income guarantee is offered. Earnings depend on your personal effort, market conditions, and adherence to Company policies.
Misrepresentation of earnings or product claims is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your distributor status.
Privacy & Data Handling
We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which aligns with applicable data protection laws in India.
Personal data is used solely for order processing, MLM compliance, customer support, and related business purposes and is never sold or misused.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be settled in the appropriate courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, given our operational base near Karaikudi.
